Established in 1999, Gaopin Tech is dedicated to providing the first-class UPW systems for semiconductor industry. Our business covers all aspects of UPW preparation, storage, distribution, collection, treatment and reuse, fulfilling every application of UPW throughout all semiconductor processes in FAB.
As a national-level “Little Giant” firm, we have relied upon our robust R&D and implementation capabilities to develop multiple UPW solutions, deliver comprehensive systems, and provide ongoing and reliable O&M services. We will continue to create innovative purification process technology, and are committed to providing leading-edge solutions for UPW preparation and reuse, achieving the sustainable development of water resources while also meeting the requirements for UPW applications.
Leveraging a seasoned technical team, and through continuous R&D investment and process exploration, our UPW achieves purity at the level of ppt, with ion content at only parts per trillion, breaking foreign manufacturers’ monopoly in Chinese high-end UPW systems. We are one of a very few Chinese companies capable of provide UPW systems for semiconductor industry, and the first one to supply UPW for 12-inch 14nm chip manufacturing plants.
With over two decades of deep semiconductor industry experience, we possess exceptional R&D capability, efficient delivery capacity, and supply high-quality products to many well-known chips customers – including Chinese industry leaders such as SMIC, Nexchip, CXMT, YDME, Galaxycore, GRINM , CR Micro, GTA , and Forehope , as well as international giants like GlobalFoundries, SK Hynix, TI, and top academic institutions like the IMECAS.
