Established in 1999, Gaopin Tech is dedicated to providing the first-class UPW systems for semiconductor industry. Our business covers all aspects of UPW preparation, storage, distribution, collection, treatment and reuse, fulfilling every application of UPW throughout all semiconductor processes in FAB.
As a national-level “Little Giant” firm, we have relied upon our robust R&D and implementation capabilities to develop multiple UPW solutions, deliver comprehensive systems, and provide ongoing and reliable O&M services. Leveraging our experienced technical team and through continuous R&D investment and process exploration, our ultrapure water (UPW) system has achieved ppt-level purity, with ion content reaching only a few parts per trillion, breaking the monopoly of foreign manufacturers in the field of high-end ultrapure water systems in China. Our company is the only enterprise in China capable of providing ultrapure water systems in the chip field, and also the only system supplier in China with ultrapure water preparation capabilities for 12-inch 14nm chip production lines.
The company has been deeply involved in the industry for over 20 years, boasting outstanding R&D capabilities, delivery efficiency, and superior product quality.
