Hefei Yirui Phase I & Phase II UPW System & LSR Treatment System & Recovery System
Iray Imaging Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Iray Technology (688301). Established in Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone in 2022, it focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of digital X-ray detectors, CMOS sensors, and silicon-based OLED micro-display backplanes. As the Group’s global core production base, it helps build a dual-driven industrial pattern of “Imaging + Display”.
Gaopin Tech has maintained cooperation since 2023 and successively undertaken the construction and expansion of two UPW system projects.
In 2023, the Phase I UPW treatment system and recycled water system were constructed.
In 2025, the Phase I UPW treatment system and recycled water system were expanded, and the LSR treatment system was built.

Xiamen Silan is a semiconductor industrial cluster built by Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics (600460) in Haicang, Xiamen. It includes the following projects:
Silan Jike 12-inch power device / MEMS production line (total investment of 17 billion yuan, commenced operation in 2020)
Silan Mingjia compound semiconductor / GaN device base
Silan Jihong packaging and testing center
Silan Jihua 12-inch high-end analog IC production line (total investment of 20 billion yuan, to start construction in 2026)
It has formed a complete IDM ecosystem covering chip design, manufacturing, and packaging & testing, focusing on power semiconductors, third-generation semiconductors, and analog chips, supporting domestic substitution.
Gaopin Tech undertook the construction of the UPW and wastewater systems for the Xiamen Silan project.

Wastewater System: HF-containing, ammonia-nitrogen, organic, CMP, acid & alkali treatment systems, as well as waste liquid and waste gas treatment systems

UPW & WWT System of OCF Plant, Geke Microelectronics (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.
GC Microelectronics (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. OCF Plant is located in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City. As the core part of GC Micro’s capital increase and expansion project, it focuses on 12-inch specialty process wafer manufacturing for CMOS image sensor chips.
The plant is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2026. Upon full production, its annual output value will exceed 10 billion yuan, which will strengthen the company’s independent CIS chip production capacity and the entire industrial chain layout in Jiaxing.

Lingxin Micro UPW System Engineering
Ningbo Lingxin Microelectronics Industrial Park is located in the Beilun Integrated Circuit Industry Platform. It is invested and constructed by a subsidiary of Beilun District Industrial Investment Corporation, covering an area of approximately 150 mu with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan. The park is planned to have a monthly production capacity of 90,000 pieces of 12-inch integrated circuit wafers, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high-tech products such as CIS, power management ICs, TDDI, and power discrete devices. Upon completion, it will fill the domestic capacity gap in analog integrated circuit production lines and increase the proportion of chips with independent intellectual property rights.
In 2023, Gaopin Tech successfully undertook the Ningbo Lingxin Micro UPW System Project, which resumed construction in June 2025. The system consists of a pretreatment system, 2B3T+RO system, SBP system, UPW polishing system, and other subsystems.
