Wastewater Project of Fuyang Sineva

Fuyang Sineva New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 29, 2014. The project is located in Fuyang Hefei Modern Industrial Park, with a planned land area of about 318 mu and a total construction area of about 120,000 square meters. The project is planned to be carried out in three phases, with an investment of about 300 million yuan in Phase I. With an area of 20,832.17 square meters and a building area of 48,366.63 square meters, the Phase I project produces 70 tons of liquid crystal material intermediates, 130 tons of liquid crystal material monomers, and 1000 tons of dispersed products such as pigment dispersion and photoresist annually.

1.1 Pre-treatment of non-biodegradable wastewater − Fenton system 120 m³/d
1.2 Pre-treatment of polyhaline wastewater − triple effect evaporation system 24 m³/d
1.3 Pre-treatment of biodegradable wastewater − A2-O process 300 m³/d
1.4 Domestic wastewater − A-O process 60 m³/d

3.1 Production wastewater process:
Non-biodegradable wastewater + polyhaline + biodegradable wastewater + MBR + activated carbon filtration
3.2 Domestic wastewater:
Mechanical grid filtration + A-O + MBR
