This system design includes the process drainage system (PDS) collection and enhancement/outsourcing system and wastewater treatment system. The wastewater treatment system includes an acid-base wastewater treatment system, a fluorine-containing wastewater treatment system, a grinding wastewater treatment system (for oxide grinding wastewater and metal grinding wastewater), a copper-containing wastewater treatment system, an ammonia-nitrogen wastewater blow-off system, as well as auxiliary systems necessary for the operation of the above treatment systems, such as chemical dosing systems, sludge dewatering systems, exhaust collection systems, sumps, and emergency ponds.
Production Wastewater Treatment System for the GTA Specialty Process Production Line Construction Project
Located in Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, GTA Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GTA") is a large-scale integrated circuit chip manufacturer. Currently, the Company operates 5-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch wafer production lines, focusing on the manufacturing of analog circuits and power devices. The annual production capacity for 8-inch equivalent wafers is 664,000 units, making it the earliest enterprise in China to engage in the manufacturing of automotive electronic chips and IGBT chips. Leveraging over three decades of chip manufacturing experience, advanced process equipment, and a stringent quality management system, the Company has achieved a leading position in the foundry services for analog circuits and power device chips through introduction, digestion, absorption, and innovation.

This wastewater treatment station includes wastewater treatment systems located on the first and second floors of wastewater treatment station W1, ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment system, and various wastewater and waste liquid gravity flow collection pipelines and enhancement stations located in production plant F1.
