Galaxycore is a well-known image sensor chip design company in China possessing complete independent knowledge of CMOS image sensor chip design and algorithms. The image sensors it developed are widely used in product fields such as mobile phones, smart wearables, mobile payments, tablet computers, laptops, cameras, and automotive electronics. Our company provides a complete set of pure water and recycled water treatment systems for this project, including a primary pure water system, a pure water polishing system, a UPW recycling water enhancement system, a pure water recycling water treatment system, a wastewater collection and enhancement system, a wastewater treatment system, a chemical agent filling, storage and dosing system, and a control system.
Galaxycore 12-inch CIS Integrated Circuit Specialty Process R&D and Industrialization Project Wastewater System
The Galaxycore 12-inch CIS Integrated Circuit Specialty Process R&D and Industrialization Project is located in the Lingang Special Area of Shanghai. With a total investment of approximately 15.5 billion yuan, it will build a 12-inch chip factory with a monthly production capacity of 60,000 chips, and construct a special process manufacturing production line (including BSI and OCF, two distinctive processes of CMOS image sensing chips) for 12-inch wafer CMOS image sensing chips. Upon completion of the project, it will contribute to the completion of the integrated circuit industry ecosystem in the Lingang Special Area, driving the industrial agglomeration of integrated circuit materials, equipment, chip manufacturing, and other fields in the Lingang Special Area, and promoting the increase of industrial scale.
Gaopin Tech is responsible for the construction of the entire wastewater system for the project (including the fluoride-containing wastewater treatment system, ammonia-containing wastewater treatment system, grinding wastewater treatment system, copper-containing wastewater treatment system, acid-base wastewater treatment system, wastewater collection and enhancement system, as well as the waste liquid collection and outsourcing system, etc.).
