Starting from May 29, 2023, the original "TG Hylite Environment Technology Co., Ltd." will be officially renamed as "Gaopin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.". Although the Company is renamed, the legal representative of the Company remains unchanged, and the subject qualifications and legal relationships also remain the same. All contracts, agreements, certificates, and other relevant documents (if any) signed by our company under the original name "TG Hylite Environment Technology Co., Ltd." with customers, partners, suppliers, and other related third parties will continue to be valid if they are, and the relevant rights and obligations will be inherited by the new joint-stock company.

Renaming Announcement

In order to meet the needs of business development, with the approval of the Market Supervision and Administration of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, the original "TG Hylite Environment Technology Co., Ltd." will be officially renamed as "Gaopin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd." from May 29, 2023. After the establishment of the new joint-stock company, the original name will be terminated simultaneously.

Although the Company is renamed, the legal representative of the Company remains unchanged, and the subject qualifications and legal relationships also remain the same. All contracts, agreements, certificates, and other relevant documents (if any) signed by our company under the original name "TG Hylite Environment Technology Co., Ltd." with customers, partners, suppliers, and other related third parties will continue to be valid if they are, and the relevant rights and obligations will be inherited by the new joint-stock company.
