In the fierce competition of modern enterprises, the capacity of project management has become one of the key factors for the success of enterprises. In order to further enhance the comprehensive competence of project management staff at all levels of the Company, Gaopin Tech's "Sailing Plan − 2023 Project Management Capacity Enhancement Training Camp" was officially launched. The first co-creation seminar was successfully held in Beijing from October 11 to 12. More than 40 management staff related to project delivery, technology research, procurement, marketing, finance, etc. participated in the event.

The first co-creation seminar was successfully held in Beijing from October 11 to 12. More than 40 management staff related to project delivery, technology research, procurement, marketing, finance, etc. participated in the event.
The seminar invited several external experts with extensive experience in project and engineering management. Mr. Qiu expressed his expectations at the seminar, stating that the seminar implies the outset of the Company's next phase of project management training. He hoped that everyone could take advantage of the seminar to speak out freely and combine the professional opinions given by the experts with the current situation of the Company to further integrate them into the Company's project management work.
At the seminar, everyone discussed the case of "lean" project management in the engineering industry together. By referencing to the best practices in the industry, all attendees have learned how to apply lean concepts and techniques to project management and how to spot and solve node problems and bottlenecks from the "perspective" of the total value process. The attendees, together with the external experts, analyzed and diagnosed the current situation of project management in the Company, summarized and organized a list of project management optimization, and figured out the key directions targeting optimization and improvement of the Company's project management.
The seminar came to a successful conclusion with initial results, which not only strengthens the capacity of management staff at all levels to identify and solve problems in practical work but also further optimizes the Company's project management process, laying a solid foundation for improving the efficiency and quality of project operations.
