In the golden autumn of October, the autumn breeze brings a refreshing feeling. On October 13 to 14, 2023, Gaopin Tech held a two-day autumn management meeting and Beijing regional team building in Yanqing, Beijing.
In the golden autumn of October, the autumn breeze brings a refreshing feeling. On October 13 to 14, 2023, Gaopin Tech held a two-day autumn management meeting and Beijing regional team building in Yanqing, Beijing.
The theme of the management meeting was "Hand in Hand to Improve Quality and Efficiency and Face the Future", and the Company's management team and key department heads attended the meeting. The meeting summarized and reviewed the overall operation and management issues of Gaopin Tech in the previous stage, and discussed and exchanged key issues raised by various departments. It also planned and deployed the Company's and each department's plans and goals for the fourth quarter. At the meeting, the HR Department gave a special report on the management research and interviews conducted in the earlier stages. Based on everyone's feedback, a 3−5-year development plan was formulated, and a specific 2+2+4 work plan was developed for the key tasks in the near future. The phased key work of Gaopin Tech's human resources will revolve around team building and talent echelon construction, striving to build a talent team with sufficient quantity, reasonable structure, and excellent quality.
In order to enhance the sense of belonging among company employees and increase team cohesion and centripetal force, Beijing regional team building was carried out at the Yudu Mountain in Yanqing and the Juyongguan Great Wall after the management meeting. More than 150 staff from various departments and projects in Beijing and North China participated in the team building.
The first stop of the team building kicked off at the Yudu Mountain Scenic Area in Yanqing, where water surrounds mountains and peaks compete for beauty. In the serene environment of green grass and flowing water, employees temporarily put aside the pressure of work and fully immersed themselves in the embrace of nature. Everyone also participated in a series of challenging team games such as "Carrying the Ball", "Passionate Beats", and "The Strongest Team". In the games, team members brainstormed and supported each other, overcame difficulties together, and demonstrated excellent teamwork spirit and innovative thinking ability.
However difficult it might seem, the challenge will be overcome. The second stop of the team building was held at the Juyongguan Great Wall, known as the "Number One Pass in the World". Accompanied by the warm autumn sun, Gaopin Tech people set foot on this challenging journey. While climbing the Great Wall with great effort, everyone cheered and encouraged each other, combined with exciting competitive games, successfully reaching the finish line and enjoying the magnificent scenery of the Great Wall. This is a vivid embodiment of the fighting spirit of Gaopin Tech people who dare to face difficulties and always move forward courageously.
Hand in hand and work together for development, striving to move ahead and climb new heights. Since the event, communication and exchange among departments have been effectively strengthened, the spirit of unity and cooperation has been deepened, and the cohesion and centripetal force of the Company have been further enhanced. The event has still enriched the cultural life of employees, elevated the team's spirit, and laid a good foundation for the Company to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainable development.
