The company is dedicated to the R&D, design, and production of TFT-LCD display panels for laptops, PC monitors, and LCD televisions. Currently, it is the third fifth-generation thin-film crystal liquid crystal display panel factory in mainland China. Located in Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with an area of approximately 2,000 mu, it was put into production in 2006.

Its production wastewater and treatment process mainly include:
1. Neutralization system: treatment capacity: 150 m³/h, water intake pH: 3−12, effluent water pH: 6−9, using secondary reaction treatment.
2. HF system: treatment capacity: 60 m³/h, water intake F ion concentration <400 ppm, phosphate ion <200 ppm, effluent water concentration <10 ppm, using four-stage treatment, with the first-stage and second-stage being dosing reaction reservoirs, the third-stage being coagulation precipitation reservoir, and the fourth-stage being flocculation precipitation reservoir.
3. Organic wastewater system: treatment capacity: 250 m³/h, water intake: COD <2,300, BOD <1,000, effluent water: COD <400, BOD <250, using the biological contact oxidation method.
4. Discharge water neutralization system: treatment capacity: 560 m³/h, water feed pH: 3, effluent water pH: 6−9, using secondary reaction treatment.
