From an environmental perspective, our company's mature technology and exquisite design and construction techniques have contributed to environmental protection and water conservation. From the perspective of saving expenses for the Owner, our wastewater treatment technology has solved problems such as meeting wastewater discharge standards, obtaining production permits smoothly, saving water, and reducing sewage charges, offering substantial economic benefits, and representing a win-win project.
Beijing Daoxiangcun Food Processing Plant is located in Changping Industrial Park, and our company has undertaken the food wastewater treatment project. The daily water treatment capacity is 250 tons, with high levels of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), BOD5 (Five-day Biochemical Oxygen Demand), and grease content in the water intake. The treated effluent water is required to meet Beijing's reclaimed water standards for uses such as toilet flushing and irrigation of green spaces. It is required that the average removal rate of pollutants exceeds 98%. Since its successful commissioning in November 2005, it has passed the acceptance inspection of the Environmental Protection Bureau. For wastewater with high pollutant concentration and difficult to treat from Daoxiangcun Food Processing Plant, it is rare in the domestic food processing industry to meet the requirements for reuse in all indicators after treatment. The Owner is very satisfied with the use of the project, and the successful design, construction, acceptance, and operation of the project for the Owner to save about 70,000 tons of tap water per year, this part of the reclaimed water saves a lot of sewage costs for the Owner. Therefore, from an environmental perspective, our company's mature technology and exquisite design and construction techniques have contributed to environmental protection and water conservation. From the perspective of saving expenses for the Owner, our wastewater treatment technology has solved problems such as meeting wastewater discharge standards, obtaining production permits smoothly, saving water, and reducing sewage charges, offering substantial economic benefits, and representing a win-win project.
