First phase of "TG Environment New Power" Training Program

On September 3, 2017, the Company's Human Resources Department organized the first Beijing-based remote onboarding training session for new employees. The training was conducted by instructors including Human Resources Specialist Jiang Zhenli, R&D Engineer Du Yongxun, Finance Department Manager Zeng Hui, Engineering Department Manager Luo Zhigang, and Technology Department Manager Cong Riguo.
On September 3, 2017, the Company's Human Resources Department organized the first Beijing-based remote onboarding training session for new employees. The training was conducted by instructors including Human Resources Specialist Jiang Zhenli, R&D Engineer Du Yongxun, Finance Department Manager Zeng Hui, Engineering Department Manager Luo Zhigang, and Technology Department Manager Cong Riguo.
The morning training commenced with an enthusiastic presentation by Human Resources Specialist Jiang Zhenli, who detailed the Company’s various rules and regulations. Employees from all departments listened attentively, took notes diligently, and raised questions whenever they had doubts; Ms. Jiang patiently answered all the questions. Participants introduced themselves to colleagues in different locations via the network, and the online interaction helped bridge the distance between everyone. This created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for the training. Subsequently, new employees received training on wastewater treatment processes for the microelectronics industry, on-site safety management and precautions, and basic principles of on-site electrical systems.
In addition to these technical training knowledge, the popularization of basic financial knowledge is also a required course for employees. Finance Manager Zeng Hui introduced financial basics and various financial processes and precautions of the Company in detail. Finally, Chairman Xu encouraged the new employees to develop their crucial three-year and five-year career plans and expressed his support for their future endeavors!
