1. Chairman's Speech
Mr. Xu first extended a warm welcome on behalf of TG Environment to the new colleagues, and then delivered a comprehensive presentation on the Company’s development and the industry landscape. Finally, he expressed high hopes for everyone, encouraging them to plan their personal career paths carefully, grow together with the Company, and achieve excellence collectively!
2. General Manager's Message
Mr. Wang also expressed that the new employees joining TG Environment has injected fresh energy into the Company. He also emphasized the importance of teamwork between new and existing employees, urging them to work together shoulder-to-shoulder and move forward bravely.
3. Training Program
Lin Kai, the Safety Officer from the Engineering Department, conducted a safety management training session for new employees, aimed at enhancing everyone's awareness of safe production and reducing the occurrence of accidents.
Wang Kai, Deputy Manager of the Finance Department, introduced the Company’s financial management systems and practical procedures, with a focus on key aspects such as obtaining invoices, their preservation, and the reimbursement process.
Zhao Wen, Deputy Manager of the Human Resources Department, provided a detailed explanation of the Company’s human resources-related policies and practical procedures, enabling new employees to quickly understand the current development status of the Company and its various systems and regulations.
The on-site interaction also facilitated familiarity among new and existing employees, reflecting the Company's people-oriented corporate culture and comfortable and harmonious working atmosphere.
