Recently, TG Environment has successfully won the bid for the water treatment system works of the Wuhan Corning Gen 10.5 Glass Substrate Production Line Facility Construction Project. To date, TG Environment has secured contracts for the water treatment systems of the majority of Corning's glass substrate production plants constructed in Chinese mainland.

On May 3, 2018, Corning Incorporated, a global leader in display technology, signed an agreement with the Wuhan Linkonggang Economic and Technological Development Zone to invest approximately USD1.4 billion in a Gen 10.5 display glass substrate project, aimed at providing support for BOE. The project covers an area of 236 mu, with a planned first-phase investment of approximately USD1.3 to 1.4 billion, and will employ the world's most advanced liquid crystal glass substrate production technology. Corning Incorporated is one of the core supporting enterprises for BOE's Gen 10.5 production line. Upon completion and commencement of production, the project will effectively meet the demands of BOE's Gen 10.5 LCD panel production line in Wuhan, and will significantly boost the development of the LCD panel industry chain in Wuhan and even the surrounding regions.
