Set Sail to Dream! Gaopin Tech 2024 Fresh Graduates' Sailing Plan Training Camp Successfully Held

In July of this year when verdure was celebrating summer, the Gaopin Tech family welcomed the new generation of fresh graduates. In order to help them quickly integrate into the enterprise, Gaopin Tech 2024 Fresh Graduates's Sailing Plan Training Camp was successfully held from July 8 to 9. Through a series of rich and diverse training activities, it built a solid bridge for new employees to cross from campus to the workplace.
In July of this year when verdure was celebrating summer, the Gaopin Tech family welcomed the new generation of fresh graduates. In order to help them quickly integrate into the enterprise, Gaopin Tech 2024 Fresh Graduates's Sailing Plan Training Camp was successfully held from July 8 to 9. Through a series of rich and diverse training activities, it built a solid bridge for new employees to cross from campus to the workplace.
Mr. Guo from the HR Administration Center presided over a meeting and provided a detailed introduction to the event agenda. Chairman Xu held high hopes for the graduates of this year and instructed them to root themselves in a certain field with dreams and goals and keep learning, so as to achieve a harmonious coexistence of personal value and enterprise development.
On the first day of the training camp, through a wonderful introduction to Gaopin Tech's main business, everyone gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's business area, market positioning, and core competence. Subsequently, the HR Department led newcomers on a journey of familiarizing themselves with the workplace from its professional perspective.
Ice-breaking team building, as the "first lesson" of onboarding, quickly brought new employees closer to each other through laughter and joy. Whether it was the courage to challenge oneself and climb peaks in the rock climbing project, or the tacit understanding and cooperation demonstrated in team games, they all highlighted the spirit of Gaopin Tech people who are brave enough to explore and ready to unite and strive forward.
The next day, the training camp focused on three themes, namely cultural identity, job transformation, and skill enhancement, and conducted further training. By interpreting corporate culture and sharing career development paths, new employees have further deepened their identification and sense of belonging to the Company. The key training on the Company's daily management system, safety and quality management, mechanical design, process flow, financial reimbursement, and proficient use of office software has comprehensively improved the professional quality and practical abilities of new employees./p>
To welcome new employees to join the Gaopin Tech family, the training camp intentionally prepared splendid performances, leaving unforgettable memories for the new employees. With the successful completion of the training and examination, as well as the recognition of outstanding teams and individuals, the training camp has drawn a perfect end. But for the new employees, this is just a new beginning. They are about to embark on a new journey. They will go to project sites to continue deepening training, closely integrate the knowledge they have learned with practice, and devote themselves to future work with more enthusiasm and firm beliefs, contributing their youth and strength to the Company's goal of becoming a leading ultra-pure technology enterprise in the industry.
