1. Mustad Fishing Gear (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.
Founded in 1832, Norway Mustad Company is headquartered in GJOVIK town, 80 miles north of Oslo, Norway. Since its development, Mustad Company has become the world's largest multinational company producing competitive and commercial fish catches. It has set up production factories or representative offices in countries including the Philippines, Brazil, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, and the United Kingdom. In March 2001, Mustad Company established a wholly foreign-owned manufacturing enterprise, Mustad Fishing Gear (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., in Wuxi Singapore Industrial Park, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. With a total investment of 10 million US dollars, the Company's business scope includes developing and producing various types of fish catches, fishing gear, and accessories. The pure water system (8 CMH, 18 MΩ/CM), wastewater treatment system (mainly for electroplating wastewater, ordinary acid-base wastewater, nickel-containing wastewater, tin-containing wastewater, oily wastewater, etc.), and exhaust purification system used in production are all designed and manufactured by our company.
2. Beijing Bill Printing Factory
Located within the second ring road in Beijing, the wastewater of Beijing Bill Printing Factory mainly contains pollutants such as chromium and nickel, which are classified as Class I pollutants. The pollutant discharge standards followed are the national standard (GB8976-1996) and the Beijing B standard. Wastewater is mainly generated from the dripping of plating solution on the ground and washing water outside the hanging tool tank during the plating transfer process, as well as the rinse water generated from the stripping process. It is characterized by low wastewater volume, high and fluctuating pollutant concentration, and severe solid pollution in wastewater. The existing treatment process has several issues, including incomplete treatment procedures, high labor intensity, poor working environment, significant hazards, and relatively high operating costs. In response to the numerous issues existing in the electroplating wastewater treatment station of the Beijing Bill Printing Factory, we have carried out a comprehensive renovation without increasing the station building area. Not only have we improved the treatment facilities, but we have also adopted a new process of "sequential batch reaction, primary pressure filtration, multi-point setting, and timed dosing", which enables the entire treatment process to be unmanned and fully automated. The renovated treatment station has achieved the expected results, with pollutant concentrations exceeding national and Beijing emission standards, meeting international emission standards, and stable system operation, greatly reducing system maintenance workload and receiving unanimous praise and favorable comments from operators and all witnesses.
