UPW/Recycled Water Project of Forehope

This project involves the UPW and intermediate water reclamation system for an annual production capacity of 13 billion microelectronic integrated circuit (IC) package testing.

The Company is committed to advanced package testing of high-end integrated circuits, building a high-end IC package R&D, production, and sales base mainly focused on module package (filters, RF front-end modules, power modules (PSIP)), ball grid array (BGA) package, and WiFi, BT, and IoT (QFN). The newly built Phase II plant is located in Sino-Italy Ningbo Ecological Park in Xiaocao'e Town, Yuyao, Zhejiang Province. This project involves the pure water and intermediate water reclamation system for an annual production capacity of 13 billion microelectronic integrated circuit (IC) package testing.
I. Treatment scale:
1. 1# Plant room temperature UPW treatment system: 160 m³/h
2. 1# Plant low-temperature UPW treatment system: 106 m³/h
3. 3# Plant room temperature UPW treatment system: 212 m³/h
4. 3# Plant low-temperature UPW treatment system: 192 m³/h
5. 4# Plant traditional line UPW treatment system: 95 m³/h
6. 4# Plant advanced line UPW treatment system: 141 m³/h
7. RO concentrated water reclamation treatment system: 210 m³/h
8. Cutting wastewater treatment system: 165 m³/h
9. Grinding and slicing wastewater treatment system: 90 m³/h
II. Main process:
1. UPW treatment system: UF → ACF → double RO → EDI → polishing mixed bed
2. Recycled water system: laminated filter → ceramic membrane → ACF → RO
