Lingxin Micro UPW System Engineering

Ningbo Lingxin Microelectronics Industrial Park is located in the Beilun Integrated Circuit Industry Platform. It is invested and constructed by a subsidiary of Beilun District Industrial Investment Corporation, covering an area of approximately 150 mu with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan. The park is planned to have a monthly production capacity of 90,000 pieces of 12-inch integrated circuit wafers, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high-tech products such as CIS, power management ICs, TDDI, and power discrete devices. Upon completion, it will fill the domestic capacity gap in analog integrated circuit production lines and increase the proportion of chips with independent intellectual property rights. In 2023, Gaopin Tech successfully undertook the Ningbo Lingxin Micro UPW System Project, which resumed construction in June 2025. The system consists of a pretreatment system, 2B3T+RO system, SBP system, UPW polishing system, and other subsystems.
