UPW & WWT System of OCF Plant, Geke Microelectronics (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.

As the core part of GC Micro’s capital increase and expansion project, it focuses on 12-inch specialty process wafer manufacturing for CMOS image sensor chips. The plant is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2026. Upon full production, its annual output value will exceed 10 billion yuan, which will strengthen the company’s independent CIS chip production capacity and the entire industrial chain layout in Jiaxing.
