Xiamen Silan is a semiconductor industrial cluster built by Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics (600460) in Haicang, Xiamen. It includes the following projects: Silan Jike 12-inch power device / MEMS production line (total investment of 17 billion yuan, commenced operation in 2020) Silan Mingjia compound semiconductor / GaN device base Silan Jihong packaging and testing center Silan Jihua 12-inch high-end analog IC production line (total investment of 20 billion yuan, to start construction in 2026) It has formed a complete IDM ecosystem covering chip design, manufacturing, and packaging & testing, focusing on power semiconductors, third-generation semiconductors, and analog chips, supporting domestic substitution. Gaopin Tech undertook the construction of the UPW and wastewater systems for the Xiamen Silan project. System Composition: UPW System: UPW production system, LOOP distribution system, and recycled water treatment system Wastewater System: HF-containing, ammonia-nitrogen, organic, CMP, acid & alkali treatment systems, as well as waste liquid and waste gas treatment systems UPW Supply Qualified Date: June 30, 2025 WWT Wastewater Treatment Qualified Date: September 30, 2025
