UPW System Project of Tongwei (Jintang)
With a total investment of approximately 20 billion yuan, the Tongwei Solar Photovoltaic Industry Base Project will build an efficient solar cell and supporting project with an annual output of 30GW in Jintang County, Chengdu, with an expected new production value of about 70 billion yuan. The Phase I project is expected to be completed by the end of this year and put into operation in the first quarter of 2021. Tongwei will take the Jintang project as a pilot, actively carry out the application of 5G in the industrial Internet field, build the Jintang project into a model of 5G + advanced manufacturing industry, and rely on Tongwei's industrial manufacturing scene to promote the construction of a photovoltaic green smart town.

Water System Engineering of CEC Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (CECS)
CEC is the first third-generation semiconductor material project in Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan. Phase I of the project is located in the Digital Economy Industrial Park of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area and Phase II is planned to build a large-scale industrial base covering an area of about 70 mu and a professional ultra-clean room production workshop in Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area. It primarily focuses on silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) epitaxial materials, which are representative of the emerging third-generation semiconductors. The products can be widely applied in new infrastructure fields such as 5G communication, rail transit, and smart grid, and have great development significance for Ningbo and even Zhejiang to seize the commanding heights of next-generation information technology.

UPW Engineering Project of Shandong GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd.
This project needs to meet the requirements of the UPW system required for the large-scale production of large-sized silicon materials for integrated circuits by Shandong GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. The large-scale production project of large-size silicon materials for integrated circuits is planned to cover an area of 330 mu, with a current construction area of about 100,000 square meters (considering the overall layout, an additional 100,000 square meters of building area will be reserved). The project constructs an 8-inch silicon wafer polishing line and a large-diameter silicon monocrystal production line and relocates the existing 6-inch and 8-inch silicon wafer polishing lines and large-diameter silicon monocrystal production lines from Beijing. Upon completion, the project will achieve a production capacity of 380,000 6-inch and 8-inch wafers per month and 25 tons of large-diameter silicon monocrystals per month.
