Integrated Intelligent UPW Systems
Our Integrated Intelligent UPW Systems feature multiple application scenarios, immediate use after power-on, standard product management, as well as intelligent remote operation and maintenance. This system can satisfy the water quality standards required by manufacturing processes within a short construction period, while reducing the costs of system construction and O&M. Combining design and experimental data, it defines all subsystem UPW standards through a modular analysis of flux and equipment specifications. By forming a standardized resource library and database, an integrated and standardized solution is built, providing standardized products in water output volumes including 5m³/h, 10m³/h, 15m³/h, 20m³/h and 25m³/h, tailored to customer needs.

Core process
The integrated intelligent UPW system encompasses over 20 process subsystems including filtration, adsorption, ion exchange, membrane separation technology, ultraviolet technology, automatic control, and electrification, with over 100 kinds of equipment and products, such as water tanks, tank bodies, water pumps, membrane elements, instruments, valves, pipelines, electronical equipment, and fillers.
