Based on our process experience and technological capabilities in the field of UPW for high-end semiconductor manufacturing, we collaborate with world-renowned spiral-wound membrane separation manufacturers, leading Chinese RO membrane manufacturers, vice president units of the ion exchange resin industry in China, leading Chinese enterprises of adsorption-separation materials, and first-class Chinese UV technology integrators. Focusing on the three key technologies for ultrapure semiconductor water –reverse osmosis, ion exchange and UV for TOC destruction and disinfection – we work together on R&D and specially designed production of GOALPURE series reverse osmosis membrane elements, resin series products, and UV devices for water treatment. GOALPURE resins – a specialized series of resin products tailored for semiconductor UPW treatment – are specially designed for the semiconductor UPW ion exchange process, addressing high exchange capacity, narrow particle size distribution, excellent chemical and physical stability, and excellent resistance to osmotic impact.

GOALPURE resin products are produced with uniform-size polystyrene-divinylbenzene microspheres for practical application in semiconductor UPW systems. Compared with conventional resins, they have longer service life, and stronger removal of trace ion and higher cleanliness, reaching the same level as other high-quality products on the market.
