Leveraging our own process expertise and technological capabilities in the field of UPW for high-end semiconductor manufacturing, we have joined forces with a renowned manufacturer of spiral-wound membrane separation systems, a reverse osmosis membrane company, a vice-chairman unit of China’s ion-exchange resin industry, a leading domestic enterprise specializing in adsorption and separation materials, and a professional integrated provider of ultraviolet technology products and services. Together, we are focusing on three key technologies in semiconductor UPW processes: reverse osmosis, ion exchange, ultraviolet TOC degradation, and sterilization. Through joint R&D and targeted production, we are launching the GOALPURE series of reverse osmosis membrane elements, resin product series, and UV device product series, committed to more precisely and continuously meeting the demands of advanced processes and technological advancements in semiconductor UPW systems.

GOALPURE is an independent sub-brand established by Gaopin Tech, specializing in the R&D, promotion, and application of key process products and chemical agents for ultrapure water and closed-loop recycling solutions. Market promotion and industry applications are primarily conducted through Aike International Trade (Hainan) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaopin Tech.

Together with a leading domestic integrated enterprise specializing in UV technology, products, and services, we have jointly developed and manufactured the GOALPURE water treatment UV equipment series. This series continuously meets the evolving technical demands of the semiconductor industry—specifically, the need for precise, stable, highly efficient, and low-energy UV disinfection and UV TOC degradation systems in UPW processes.
