GOALPURE UV
Based on our process experience and technological capabilities in the field of UPW for high-end semiconductor manufacturing, we collaborate with world-renowned spiral-wound membrane separation manufacturers, leading Chinese RO membrane manufacturers, vice president units of the ion exchange resin industry in China, leading Chinese enterprises of adsorption-separation materials, and first-class Chinese UV technology integrators. Focusing on the three key technologies for ultrapure semiconductor water –reverse osmosis, ion exchange and UV for TOC destruction and disinfection – we work together on R&D and specially designed production of GOALPURE series reverse osmosis membrane elements, resin series products, and UV devices for water treatment. These solutions are more accurately and continuously meeting the requirements of high-end processes and technological evolution for semiconductor UPW systems.

GOALPURE, an independent sub-brand established by Gaopin Tech, specializes in R&D, promotion and application of key process products and chemical agents for UPW and reuse solutions. Aike International Trade (Hainan) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaopin Tech, is handled by marketing and industry application.

GOALPURE UV
We have jointly developed and produced GOALPURE water treatment UV device series products in collaboration with leading Chinese providers of UV technologies, products and services, continuing to meet the evolving technical requirements of higher accuracy, stability and efficacy and lower energy consumption of UV disinfection and UV TOC destruction devices for pan-semiconductor UPW processes.
