The Local scrubber business is self-developed, produced, sold and served by Hefei Timing Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaopin (Beijing) Tech Co., Ltd., which specializes in waste gas treatment engineering integrating R&D, design, and manufacturing. The company possesses mature core semiconductor waste gas treatment technology, with core team members have more than fifteen years of experience in semiconductor waste gas treatment. Rooted in the air pollution control sector, they are deeply engaged in electronic chips, panels, photovoltaics, and other industries.

Product and Service Advantages
● The project is implemented in Hefei, one of China's few sorbent material production bases. Dry sorbent materials are manufactured locally, the delivery time is short, and customized services can be provided. The production capacity is up to 10 tons/month.
● The equipment manufacturing factory was built in Hefei in the same period, and the R&D center can provide customized services of different types of equipment.
● The team is fully staffed with engineers specialized in installation,repair,maintenance,electric control,/drafting with extensive experience. Services have been provided services to well-known first- and second-tier semiconductor/chip fabs in China.
● When the number of installations reaches a certain threshold, resident engineers can be assigned to provide maintenance and support.
